The apartment is offered as unfurnished and consists of an entrance hall, bathroom with bath and toilet, living area and bedroom. Part of the living room is a kitchen, which is equipped with a fridge with freezer, hob, oven and hood. In the living area there is an entrance to the balcony. Another room, bedroom, is equipped with only a smaller cabinet above the door. There is also another spacious wardrobe in the hallway that offers plenty of storage space. All windows in the apartment are equipped with interior blinds and pelts. The apartment is oriented to the western cardinal side.

As already mentioned, the apartment also includes a cellar, which is on the same floor as an apartment, and a parking garage. Both are already included in the price.

The monthly costs of the apartment are CZK 3.100 including household insurance and liability.
Beyond the framework, the electricity of the housing unit is paid, which is converted into a tenant. We will secure the transfer.
