The apartment is offered fully furnished and equipped.
In the vicinity of the building, there is a bus stop, LIDL, pharmacy, playgrounds, post office, cafes, restaurants, other shops, and sports facilities such as golf, tennis, or a swimming pool.

Monthly costs are 4,100 CZK, including home and liability insurance.
Electricity and gas are transferred to the tenant. We will handle the transfer completely.
The refundable deposit is 30,000 CZK.
