There is also an entrance to the balcony, which offers a view of the garden of the house. Another room is the bedroom, which is equipped with a wardrobe. The hallway has another smaller wardrobe. The last room is the bathroom, which is equipped with a washing machine, a shower, a sink with a mirror and a toilet.

Advances for services connected with the use of the apartment: 2,100 CZK/month (for 2 people). Each additional person + CZK 400.
Electricity and gas (water heating + heating) is transferred to the tenant. We will take care of the transfer completely. The electricity supplier energy belongs to INNOGY.

Refundable deposit: CZK 30,000 (can be divided into two payments).
RK commission: 1x monthly rent + 21% VAT.
