The living area is furnished with a sofa and a modern double springbox bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress. 
The apartment has interior window blinds that can completely shade the room.



The monthly cost of the apartment is 2.800 CZK including household and liability insurance + electricity, which is transferred to the tenant. 

We will take care of the transfer.
Deposit 30.000 CZK (can be divided into two payments) + commission of the RK.



The apartment is ready to move from 1.7.2024.
The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 people.
