The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a new building with an elevator. The apartment has its own cellar cubicle.

It consists of an entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a connection for a washing machine, and then a fully equipped living room with a kitchenette. There is a sofa bed, storage spaces in the form of cupboards and shelves, a TV wall with a built-in desk and chair. As part of the kitchen equipment, there is an oven with a hob, a fridge with a freezer, a hood and a dishwasher. Also a dining table and two dining chairs.

The house is full of modern technologies that you can use through smart applications on your phone - heating, recuperation system, entry into the house via faceID and much more. Fresh and filtered air into the apartment will be provided by the recuperation unit, so there is no need to ventilate with the help of windows. There is also a smart intercom and electrically controlled outdoor blinds.

The monthly costs are CZK 3,400.
El. energy is transferred to the tenant. We will arrange the transfer for you.
The refundable security deposit is: CZK 25,000 (can be divided into two payments) + RK commission.

The apartment can be moved into from 1/11/2023. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults.
