We offer long-term rental of an apartment 1+kk with a floor area of 32,9m2, private balcony in Prague Barrandov.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with elevator. The apartment is fully furnished and consists of an entrance hall, bathroom with shower and toilet, living room with kitchen and access to the balcony. The living room is fully furnished, including a sofa bed, TV, chest of drawers, double bed, coffee table. Furthermore, the room consists of a kitchen, which is equipped with a fridge with freezer, hob, oven and extractor hood. The room also includes a dining table with chairs. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and, as mentioned, there is also a toilet. In the hallway there is a shoe rack, a coat rack and a wardrobe. The interior of the apartment also includes curtains and curtain shades. The apartment also has a cellar.

The monthly cost of the apartment is 3.800 CZK including household and liability insurance. Above that, the electricity of the apartment unit is paid, which is transferred to the tenant. We will arrange the transfer.
Deposit: 25.000 CZK (can be divided into two payments).
RK commission: 20.000 CZK incl. 21% VAT.
