We offer a fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment (2+kk) with a total area of 41 m², located on the ground floor of a building in the quiet Prague district of Jarov.

The apartment consists of an entrance hall equipped with a wardrobe and shoe cabinet, and a separate toilet located apart from the bathroom. The living room is furnished with a dining table with chairs, and a coffee table. A kitchenette is part of the living room and is equipped with a built-in fridge with freezer, extractor hood, cooktop, oven, and microwave. From the kitchen, there is access to the bathroom, which features a spacious walk-in shower, a washing machine, a mirror, a sink, and a sink cabinet. The last room is the bedroom, furnished with a double bed frame including slats (mattresses not included), wardrobes, and shelves.

As part of the reservation process, we carry out background checks in both banking and non-banking registers (e.g. Solus). A clean record is required.

Monthly service charges: CZK 2,200
Electricity and gas are transferred to the tenant (we will arrange the transfer).
Refundable security deposit: CZK 30,000 (can be split into two payments)
Agency commission: 1 month’s rent + 21% VAT
