The tram station is 3 minutes from the building, with connections to the metro “B” Vysočanská (9 min), and the train station is within walking distance or 1 tram stop away. Right by the building, there is a Supermarket Albert, café, pizzeria, as well as a sports hall and gym. Galerie Harfa is 2 tram stops away.

Monthly fees: 4,600 CZK (including household and liability insurance).
Refundable deposit: 35,000 CZK.
Real estate agency commission: equivalent to one month’s rent + 21% VAT.
