The apartment is located on the 7th floor of a new building with an elevator.

It consists of an entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower, toilet and a connection for a washing machine and then a fully equipped living room with a kitchenette. There is a sofa bed, storage space in the form of cabinets and shelves, a TV wall with a built-in desk and chair. The kitchen equipment includes an oven with a hob, a fridge with a freezer, a hood, a microwave oven and a dishwasher. There is also a dining table and two dining chairs.

The house is full of modern technologies that you can use via a smart application on your phone - heating, a recuperation system, letting into the house via faceID and much more. Fresh and filtered air into the apartment will be provided by a recuperation unit, so there is no need to ventilate using windows. There is also a smart intercom and electrically controlled outdoor roller shutters.

Monthly costs are 4,500 CZK (incl. household and liability insurance).
Electricity is transferred to the tenant. We will arrange the transfer for you. Estimated monthly deposits are 1,000 CZK.
Refundable deposit is: 30,000 CZK (can be divided into two payments).
Real estate agency provision: 1x monthly rent + 21% VAT.
