The unit is situated on the 2nd floor of a residential building with an elevator and consists of an entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine connection, a living room with kitchenette, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a 3 m² balcony.

The surroundings are very quiet and pleasant. Within walking distance you will find restaurants offering various world cuisines, grocery shops and a supermarket, a convenience store, as well as a swimming pool, cultural and family center, hairdresser, veterinary clinic, and even a small family-run DIY shop.

As part of the reservation process, we carry out a background check in banking and non-banking registers, Solus, etc. A clean record is required.

Monthly charges: CZK 3,000 (including household and liability insurance – mandatory).
